Madison is the founder of Advancement Lab, a professional development company that helps organizations increase employee engagement, build career and leadership skills, and strengthen women’s leadership pipelines.

Through interactive, skills-based workshops, Madison equips employees—especially women and allies—with practical tools to communicate their value, navigate career growth, and step into leadership roles.

After nearly a decade in marketing and communications, Madison saw that many high-performing professionals were not lacking talent—but lacking access to the strategies and frameworks needed to advocate for themselves and grow intentionally.
