Inside The Workshop Experience

Relevant, Real-World Scenarios
Sessions are built around the challenges your team is actually facing — compensation conversations, promotion advocacy, cross-functional influence, and career pivots: Not hypothetical case studies.

Research-Backed Frameworks Applied Practically
Every strategy is grounded in negotiation and career development research, translated into tools your employees can use the same week.

Facilitated Discussion That Surfaces Insights
Guided conversation gives participants space to reflect on real workplace dynamics — creating shared language and perspective across your team.

Immediate, Measurable Takeaways
Participants leave with scripts, frameworks, and action plans — not just inspiration. Your investment shows up in how your team shows up on Monday.

Meet Madison

Madison Arrotta is a career strategist and speaker who helps organizations empower women and allies to advocate for their work, negotiate effectively, and advance intentionally — building stronger teams and leadership pipelines in the process.

After more than a decade in corporate marketing roles at companies including Samsung, Clio, and Benevity, Madison noticed an opportunity to share her career planning and advancement skills with others.

She then leveraged her experience to design programs that help employees develop strategic career plans, negotiate with confidence, and accelerate professional growth — driving measurable engagement, retention, and leadership development for their organizations.

She founded Advancement Lab to help companies invest in their people — creating workplaces where employees thrive, leaders emerge, and talent is fully maximized.

What Your Team Walks Away With

  • Skills they use the same week, not the same quarter: Every session is built around real workplace scenarios — not theory. Participants leave with concrete scripts, frameworks, and action plans they can apply immediately, so your investment shows up in how your team shows up on Monday.

  • A program that fits your team's reality: Sessions are designed to work within your existing timelines and formats — no multi-day offsites, no heavy lift on your end. High-impact learning that knows your team has a job to do.

  • Outcomes you can see and report: Participants consistently report increased confidence in career conversations, stronger cross-functional relationships, and clearer alignment with team priorities — giving you a tangible story to tell leadership about your investment in people development.
